The term Trash The Dress is not my own…and in fact, no dress trashing has to occur if you don’t want it! However it is the official title for the latest trend in wedding photography. Brides see Trash The Dress as the perfect excuse to once again dress up in their wedding finery and pose for the artistic type photos they would have loved to do on their wedding day but didn’t. Unless you specifically want to destroy your dress, the idea behind the photo shoot is that you don’t do anything to your dress that a good dry clean wouldn’t fix.
